Is it true to say that delusions aren’t true?

To refine perception creates fresh views
And who will then refine those as needed?
You? Not to worry. It’s all very refreshing,

This world we experience in which the past
Is necessarily always as lost as renewed,
Making it up by unmaking itself as it goes.

There’s a moral in here somewhere, meaning
Being the source of all morals, the good
And the bad, whatever we had of us to lose.
